• Support the day-to-day execution of Search and Programmatic campaigns across multiple ELC brands, including setup, trafficking, QA, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance against KPIs; flag issues and opportunities promptly and recommend next steps.
• Implement routine optimizations to targeting, bids, budgets, placements, and/or creative based on performance trends and established best practices.
• Assist with the development of all on-site advertising plans, translating broader strategy into clear campaign activations.
• Partner with the Executive Director, brand marketing leads, and agency or retailer contacts to coordinate campaign inputs, timelines, and approvals.
• Support recommendations on targeting, creative, and platform settings by gathering relevant data and summarizing key considerations.
• Complete campaign setup, trafficking, and execution accurately and on schedule, ensuring creative, targeting, tracking, and budgets align with approved plans.
• Conduct regular checks and optimizations to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and delivery.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and campaign summaries that clearly communicate results, key insights, and recommended actions.
• Maintain accurate reporting files, pacing trackers, and campaign documentation; help ensure data is consistent and easy for stakeholders to use.
• Use campaign performance insights to support future planning, testing, and budget allocation discussions.
• Track Advertising budgets and spend in partnership with the Amazon CA Media Lead, escalating pacing or financial concerns as needed.
• Support forecasting, pacing, and reconciliation processes and help identify opportunities for budget reallocation.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital display and video advertising.
• Test and adopt new tools, data capabilities, and media approaches that can improve campaign effectiveness, with direction from the manager.
• Participate in cross-functional planning sessions, performance reviews, and innovation initiatives; share updates and follow through on assigned actions.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, paid search, programmatic advertising, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and comfort working with spreadsheets and marketing platforms.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,350.00 to $112,500.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
